We have excellent working relationships with many local and regional professional organisations including Architects, Structural and Civil Engineers and Mechanical and Electrical Services consultants and are able to complement existing design and concepts with our experienced Team and lead through the process from inception using both traditional and modern procurement techniques and processes.

Our experience and knowledge of the planning system, (including development control and planning policies) and our good working relationships with Council Planning Officers, enables our partnership with architects and other professionals to produce informed proposals which comply with the planning policies and requirements of local councils and national guidance whilst meeting the needs and wishes of our customers.
